Will you help stage the property?
Every property is shot in the same condition as we find it, and it is the owner/agent’s responsibility to stage the property prior to the photographer’s arrival.
Though staging isn’t a part of the photographer’s scope of work, we do provide a Preparation Checklist to make it easier for you to know what is required.
Do I need to be there?
No, you are not required to be there. It is actually preferred that you are absent during the photoshoot to ensure there is no movement in the home. Walking around can cause camera shake which produces photos that are not sharp. You, your shadow, or reflection may also be accidentally captured in the photo if you are in a nearby room.
What is the typical turn-around time?
We will have the photos delivered in less than 48 hours. Typically, an average project is a 1-day turn-around.
How will the photos be delivered?
We use DropBox to deliver the photos. There will be two sets of photographs separated into two folders labeled “Web” and “Full Resolution”. The Web photos are a perfect size for anything online. Too large of a photo will actually not look great if the website has to use compression to shrink it to their requirements. Full Resolution photos are great for printing.
Is your drone legal to fly?
We are FAA Certified to conduct residential and commercial flights with an Unmanned Aircraft System in Charleston, South Carolina. We are fully licensed and authorized to work with Air Traffic Control to operate the UAS and capture your next project safely and legally.
